Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 September 2026 (version 2026-09-07)

1. About us

stuckforstaff.co.uk is operated by Stuck For Staff Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10672282. Our registered office is at 11-12 Hallmark Trading Centre, Fourth Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0LB.

By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the service

Stuck For Staff provides an online platform connecting promotional staff, staffing agencies and brands operating in the field marketing and brand experience industry. We are a platform provider only. We are not an employment agency, and we are not a party to any agreement entered into between users of the platform. Staff listed on the platform are not employees of Stuck For Staff Limited.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of any organisation you represent.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including where we believe these Terms have been breached.

5. Acceptable use

When using the platform you agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading or fraudulent information
  • Harvest or scrape contact details or other user data
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform
  • Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringes any third-party rights
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate staffing or campaign activity

6. User content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform (including profile information, photographs, job alerts, applications and any CV or supporting document you upload). By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the platform. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, without notice.

7. Applications and CVs

Staff members may apply to job alerts through the platform and may choose to attach a CV or other supporting document. Attaching a document is optional.

When you apply, the agency that posted the job alert is notified and can view your application, your profile and any document you attached. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are not published on the public site or made available to agencies other than the one you applied to.

You can withdraw an application from your account at any time. Withdrawing removes it from the agency's active list, but it does not oblige an agency to delete information it has already seen or downloaded. If you want a document deleted from our systems, contact us using the details in section 15.

8. Ratings and feedback

Agencies may record feedback about staff they have worked with. Feedback is visible to registered agencies on the platform and to the staff member it concerns. It is not published on the public site and is not shown to anyone who is not a registered user.

Ratings created before March 2026 were carried over from our previous platform. Where a rating relates to you, you can view it in your account.

Staff members can opt out of receiving new ratings at any time from their account settings. Staff members may also record feedback about agencies they have worked with.

Feedback must be an honest account of an actual working engagement. It must not be used to make defamatory, discriminatory or retaliatory statements, and it must not include personal information beyond what is relevant to the engagement. We may remove feedback that breaches these Terms.

If you believe a rating about you is inaccurate or unfair, contact us using the details in section 15 and we will review it. You also have rights over your personal data, including rectification and erasure, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Charges and payments

The platform is currently free to use. Registering an account, building a profile, applying to job alerts and posting job alerts are free of charge, and no credits are deducted for posting.

Some features may require an active licence. Where that applies, it is made clear in the platform before you use the feature.

We may introduce, vary or withdraw charges for any feature at our discretion. Free access is not guaranteed for any particular period. Where a feature that is currently free becomes chargeable we will give reasonable notice, and you will never be charged without agreeing to the charge at the point of purchase. Continuing to use free features does not commit you to any payment.

Where charges do apply, prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payments are handled by our payment provider and we do not store your card details. We do not offer refunds except where required by law or at our discretion.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the platform that is not submitted by users - including design, text, graphics, software and trademarks - is owned by or licensed to Stuck For Staff Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, as to its fitness for any particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not verify the accuracy of information submitted by users and are not responsible for the conduct of any user.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stuck For Staff Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at hello@stuckforstaff.com or write to us at 11-12 Hallmark Trading Centre, Fourth Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0LB.
