These processors act on our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements where applicable.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (typically 6 years for financial records).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@stuckforstaff.com. We will respond within one month.
We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories.
Essential cookies. These are required for the platform to function. They include your session cookie (to keep you logged in), CSRF tokens (to protect against cross-site request forgery), and your consent preferences. These cannot be disabled.
Advertising cookies. When you visit our public pages (homepage, jobs board, content pages) we show advertisements through Google AdSense. AdSense sets cookies including NID and IDE to deliver, personalise, and measure ads. We do not run ads on the logged-in areas of the platform (staff, agency, or admin dashboards). You can manage your personalised advertising preferences at Google's My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com).
Live chat cookies. If you interact with our tawk.to chat widget, tawk.to sets session cookies to maintain your conversation across pages.
Consent management. Visitors from the UK and EEA are shown a consent banner on first visit, managed by a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP). You can accept or reject non-essential cookies (advertising and chat). If you reject, those cookies are not set and advertisements will not be personalised - contextual (non-personalised) ads may still appear. You can revisit your consent choices at any time by clicking the privacy options link in the site footer, or by clearing your browser cookies for this site.
Visitors outside the UK and EEA are not shown the CMP; non-essential cookies may be set by default in line with local regulations.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would, however, welcome the opportunity to resolve any concern directly - please contact us first.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
