FirstGlass, an innovative Italian wine brand, is looking for an outgoing and highly sales-driven Brand Ambassador to join our team at Mercato Mayfair. This is a proactive promotional sales role. You will approach visitors, introduce our innovative 100ml Italian wine concept, offer tastings, engage customers and convert footfall into sales. We are looking for someone who is: * Italian-speaking, with fluent and confident English * Naturally outgoing, energetic and comfortable approaching strangers * Well-presented and confident representing a premium Italian brand * Strongly sales-oriented and motivated by results * Ideally experienced in promotional work, brand activations, sampling, events or retail sales * Reliable and available approximately 30–35 hours per week Wine knowledge is welcome but not essential. We care much more about personality, communication skills and the ability to sell. Full product and wine training will be provided. The role initially focuses on promotion and direct sales at Mercato Mayfair, with the opportunity to develop into a broader position as FirstGlass expands in London and opens its own locations.
